It depends on a) what you order, b) where you live, and c) how fast you want it. Ground shipping typically takes 2-7 days.

Q. Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, overnight shipping is available for an additional cost. We also over 2nd day and priority shipping.

Q. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Q. If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

You will be charged once your order is processed.

Q. If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.

Q. Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

Yes, but please call us to arrange the details for this type of order.

Q. Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, for an additional charge.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Yes, simply select the correct option from the drop down menu when filling out shipping information.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to the US.

Q. Do you ship hazardous items?

No.

Q. Do you ship oversized parts?

Oversized shipments will be shipped at an additional fee; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.

Q. What happens if you ship the wrong part?

We’ll apologize and take care of our mistake. It won’t cost you anything other than some inconvenience.

Q. What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

We’ll get you a replacement ASAP provided that a) you inform us immediately and b) you keep the damaged box so we can get the shipping provider to reimburse us

Q. How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

Call us! We’re happy to help you find the exact part you need. You can also provide your VIN when you place your order to ensure accuracy.

Q. What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

If we sent you the wrong part, we’ll make it right. If you ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to return it to us. Contact us at 770-813-6672 or parts@factorynissanparts.net to start the returns process.

Q. What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

Generally, we suggest that you verify you can receive your order at the address specified in the order form before you make the purchase. However, if this conflict does arise, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your need.

Q. What if I never receive an order?

We put a tracking number on everything we ship for precisely this reason. If the part never arrives, we’ll know it. Please contact us if there is a concern.

Q. What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Refusing a shipment is not the proper way to return it. Instead, just accept the shipment and then contact us to process a return.
