Q. Can I return/exchange a part?

Q. How do I return or exchange an item?

  • Call us to arrange for any returns at 770-813-6672 or you may email customer service at parts@factorynissanparts.net.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.

Q. What if you sent me the wrong part?

  • We’ll send you the right one ASAP. Call us and we’ll set you up.

Q. What if I ordered the wrong part?

  • Return it and we'll help set you up with the right part.

Q. How long do I have to return or exchange a part?

  • Return requests need to be placed within 30 days of receipt.
  • If parts are defective, please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund.

Q. Can I return/exchange a part for any reason?

  • Generally, yes. However, we do reserve the right to refuse a return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.

Q. Are there certain parts I can’t return?

  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.

Q. Do I have to pay any restocking fees?

  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.

Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Yes, unless we sent you the wrong part.

Q. How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • Typically, it takes between 5-10 business days.

Q. What if the part is defective or damaged?

  • We’ll work with the part manufacturer to get you a replacement. Call us.

Q. What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

  • Unfortunately no. That’s why we recommend buying insurance for anything you ship back to us.

Q. What if someone else purchased the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?

  • You can’t return a part you didn’t buy for a refund (though the original purchaser can). However, we can usually do an exchange. Contact us to discuss.

Q. What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

  • If parts are defective, please notify us within 15 days of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% may apply.
